Spend 30 minutes absorbing a documentart, TED talk, lecture or audiobook daily for 30 days
Keep a journal for 30 days. Dissect your experiences with surgical precision.
Do at least one act of kindness each day for 30 days. Step into unknown or unconfortable territory
Hold yourself accountable in all areas of your life for 30 days. No blaming, no self-victimization, no excuses.
